Long-term simulation of deterioration of concrete structures due to "salt damage, carbonation, and freeze damage." Utilization of meteorological observation data from 155 locations nationwide.
The long-term performance simulation program for concrete structures, "LECCA2-Std," is a program that can quantitatively capture the time-dependent changes of deterioration phenomena caused by carbonation, salt damage, or freeze-thaw damage in two dimensions. This program not only enables two-dimensional FEM calculations and the estimation of rebar corrosion amounts but also visually displays distribution maps of rebar corrosion amounts and chloride ion concentrations. Additionally, it allows for the formulation of maintenance plans tailored to product specifications by specifying the physical properties of repair materials. 【Functions】 ■ Two-dimensional FEM calculations ■ Prediction of surface concentration and diffusion coefficient ■ Estimation of rebar corrosion amounts ■ Formulation of maintenance plans ■ Visual display *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

We are engaged in a wide range of fields centered around scientific and technical calculations in areas such as structures, fluids, electricity, and chemistry. We develop numerical analysis software using methods like the finite element method and boundary element method on a contract basis, and we focus our business on analysis services utilizing these tools. Additionally, we handle many packages and analysis support tools, including general-purpose codes such as Simcenter 3D, Simcenter Nastran, and Simcenter Femap, and through contract calculations, maintenance, and sales of these tools, we have cultivated advanced techniques for building analysis models.
