We would like to introduce a development case of the "leaf spring" developed by Advanex. The trigger was cost reduction. A customer, who was forced to review their parts procurement, requested a quotation. Advanex decided to adopt processing with forming machines to compete against the processing done by competitors' press machines. This led to a significant cost reduction, and the mold costs were compressed to about half of the conventional amount. The customer, seeing the forming machine for the first time in the factory, was amazed by the equipment and management system. This deepened their trust in Advanex, and the development of other products is currently underway.
