Our company specializes in mirror polishing of various metals such as stainless steel, copper, and metals for molds, as well as ceramics like zirconia. Instead of the mainstream buff polishing used in metal polishing, we employ a unique polishing method developed by applying lens polishing techniques, allowing us to achieve a mirror finish that is comparable to that of precision mold polished products. Not only do we finish the surface roughness to a nanometer level, but we also use the polishing techniques cultivated through optical polishing to minimize tool marks and orange peel defects as much as possible. We can achieve a higher level of finish on flat and spherical surfaces of metal parts compared to buff polishing or electropolishing.
