Request for screw manufacturing - Introducing the process from production to shipping, until the screws are completed!

Here is the process of how screws are made at Mochizuki Spiral Co., Ltd. First, the sales department issues a manufacturing instruction based on the orders received from customers and requests production from the manufacturing department. After that, material selection is done, followed by the production of the head (forging), and then the production of the screw body takes place. To enhance the screw-in capability of screws like tapping screws, cuts are made at the tip of the screw as per user instructions, followed by a cleaning process. The cleaned screws undergo a final inspection to ensure they are manufactured according to JIS standards, followed by sorting and packaging before shipment. 【Process of Screw Production】 1.
