Instead of a friction brake using friction plates, we adopt our unique coil spring brake system. Thanks to the internal clutch mechanism, there is no sliding noise during idle, which occurs with friction plate types. Custom settings for brake torque (0.05 to 0.2 N·m) are possible, accommodating a wide range of applications. It can be easily installed with just screws, eliminating the need for gap adjustments due to disassembly of parts during installation. The slip mechanism also allows it to be used as a protective device for the drive side mechanism. Additionally, forced operation during power outages is made possible by this mechanism.
