The membrane module consists of element blocks and aeration blocks. 1. The element block is loaded with elements arranged at equal intervals, each with flat membranes attached to both sides of a support plate. 2. The elements are connected to a collection pipe via tubes. 3. The aeration block is equipped with a diffuser pipe to supply air. The membrane shape is flat, and the membrane material is PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), which combines PVDF as the functional layer with PET (polyester) non-woven fabric as the support layer to enhance chemical stability and physical strength. The nominal pore size of the membrane is 0.08μm, and the membrane surface is smooth, making it easy to detach adhered dirt.
