The "KNC-100FR Bar Feeder-less" is a special machine designed specifically for materials intended for bar feeders, but it operates without using a bar feeder. For processing thick and long materials, the conventional wisdom required a combination of "bar feeder + expensive machine with a large spindle through-hole diameter." However, on the flip side, swinging thick and long materials with a bar feeder generated noise and vibration, negatively impacting the precision of the processed workpieces. Additionally, the bar feeder also required a large floor space. This machine resolves such issues.
