UV curing tape is a product that contains photopolymerization initiators added to substrates such as acrylic and urethane, which hardens and adheres when exposed to ultraviolet light. It features characteristics such as the ability to cure at room temperature and short curing times, with many products developed in liquid and tape forms. At Oatis, we specialize in punching and laminating processes for resin films and adhesive tapes. We also mass-produce processed products made from base-less double-sided adhesive tape (OCA), which is a UV-curable material, and we have established a processing environment that can accommodate materials that cure with UV light. Since all processes can be carried out in a clean room, we have achieved a quality control system that minimizes foreign matter contamination. Additionally, slitting processes can also be handled in the clean room, and we can accommodate raw materials as well. We are willing to take on challenges with fine shapes for small components and processed products that require strict dimensional accuracy. Because we can internally manufacture processing equipment and molds, we have a proven track record of mass-producing various development projects involving special materials and shapes.
