We will turn your vision into a conceptual model using 3D CAD.
First, we will conduct a hearing along with the minimum necessary materials such as product information and tact. We will align on which points to focus on in the concept. Partial support, such as converting the customer's handwritten image into 3D, is also possible.

basic information
<Ripula's Concept Design Points> - We will also select the main equipment, so it can be used as a concept for estimation. - For parts with a defined load capacity, such as robot hands, we will create a concept that incorporates specific gravity into the model and solidifies the material. - By using 3D CAD, we can easily check the range of motion for multi-axis robots. - The completed data will be output in eDrawings, which can be viewed even by customers who do not have 3D CAD. There is minimal character corruption, and the model numbers of the selected equipment can be read. (Output in STEP and IGES data is also possible.) If you have any other requests, please provide instructions in advance. We will accommodate them as much as possible. <Required Information> - Delivery date - Any other necessary information <Regarding Fees> - If necessary, we will create an estimate based on the content. If the workload increases due to specification changes, we will charge additional fees. - Basically, we will charge based on the amount of work incurred.

Company information
I have a track record of designing production equipment exceeding 500 in size. All designs are done exclusively using 3D CAD. I can accommodate various types of equipment in fields such as transportation, assembly, inspection, packaging, processing, food, semiconductors, automotive, and building materials. My strength lies in "speed of work." As a result, there is a total cost advantage. The conceptual models created with 3D CAD allow me to intuitively explain the benefits of the equipment to users, significantly enhancing my proposal capabilities. This directly leads to orders, and many equipment manufacturers have been pleased with this. As more companies consider implementing 3D CAD, there are many cases where they struggle to effectively link it with their actual business operations and end up facing setbacks. In response to such concerns, I have provided support as an external resource.
