Integrating Sphere Spectral Transmittance Measurement Device "DOT Series"
DOT-3C/DOT-41/DOT-41uv-vis
Supports ultra-low transmittance with a 10x sensitivity mechanism! Polarization degree measurement is also possible.
The "DOT Series" is a measurement device that stably measures the transmittance and outputs color values for samples that diffuse light, including not only transparent samples but also translucent films and sheets, as well as samples with curvature, such as eyeglass lenses. In recent years, the technology for developing materials for eyeglass lenses and polarizing films for liquid crystal displays has rapidly improved, leading to a demand for highly accurate measurement instruments to verify their performance. This series employs a method that uses a large integrating sphere for illumination, projecting strong and uniform diffused light onto the sample. By utilizing an efficient concave diffraction grating in the spectrometer, stable measurements can be achieved even for samples with low transmittance, demonstrating its effectiveness in inspecting polarizing films. 【Product Lineup】 ■ DOT-3C ■ DOT-41 ■ DOT-41/uv-vis *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In 1947, a color research group was established in a corner of Tsukishima, Tokyo, which later became the Color Division of Japan Electronic Measuring Instruments Co., Ltd. The group focused primarily on the production of standard color samples and research and guidance on color adjustment. In November 1956, it became independent and was established as Murakami Color Technology Research Institute, Inc. Since its founding, our company has made the production of measuring instruments related to visual information processing, including "color and gloss," the production of color samples, and the promotion of color management the pillars of our business, and we have been active as a pioneer in the industry. Our market share is extremely high. We will continue to make further efforts for the development of color science and the creation of a prosperous society, and we hope to be of service to everyone.
