"Chemical-B" is a newly developed functional plating that has excellent wear resistance and high hardness. It possesses both low phosphorus and low boron characteristics, and has multifunctionality that exceeds conventional products, particularly excelling in wear resistance under harsh conditions. Furthermore, it has excellent heat resistance and does not form a strong oxide film, which enhances the wettability of solder. 【Features】 ■ Coating composition: Nickel 98wt% or more, Phosphorus 1-2wt%, Boron 1wt% or less ■ Wear resistance: More than three times that of electroless nickel plating, exhibiting excellent properties ■ High hardness: Remains at HV700 even when plated, and can reach around HV1000 with heat treatment ■ Impact resistance: Does not exhibit cracking or brittleness even with high hardness ■ Glossiness: Unlike electroless nickel plating, it has a bright luster *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
