For measuring the strain of steel materials and concrete at civil engineering sites! Measurable with commercially available 0-5V loggers.
The "STA-12L" is a distortion amplifier that simplifies the functions of the standard 120Ω gauge amplifier "STA-12G" and offers it at a lower cost. It has a fixed amplification rate of 1μ strain = 0.5mV, with zero distortion and a 2.5V output. It converts changes in strain from -4000 to 5000 microstrains into a voltage range of 0.5V to 5V. Additionally, while the amplification rate is lower and there is no zero-point adjustment, the output voltage remains within the 0 to 5V range, allowing for measurement with commercially available 0 to 5V loggers. 【Features】 ■ Accuracy and stability are comparable to the higher-end STA-12G, making it suitable for practical measurement tasks. ■ The terminals are soldered, reducing contact resistance errors from lead wires. ■ The gain is fixed at 400 times, amplifying 1μ strain to 0.5mV. ■ Outputs -4000μ = 0.5V, 0μ = 2.5V, 5000μ = 5V (max 9000μ = 7V). ■ Operates on a 9 to 15V power supply with a current consumption of 25mA, making it energy-efficient. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
