Utilizing our accumulated unique technologies and knowledge, we respond to our customers' requests! We also introduce processing examples!
Our company specializes in "precision sheet metal processing." We have been using laser processing machines for many years and possess extensive knowledge and skills. In prototype processing, we face different challenges daily, but we tackle these issues using our unique technologies and knowledge while engaging in the processing work. The products we manufacture mainly involve prototype processing for copying machines. Additionally, we produce a wide range of related components for medical devices, aerospace, robots, tableware, and more. We also provide examples of precision sheet metal processing. The processing methods vary depending on the product and application, so please feel free to contact us. [Examples of Precision Sheet Metal Processing (Excerpt)] ■ Product Application: Copying Machine Related Sample ■ Material/Thickness: SPCC t1.0mm ■ Main Processing Steps: Stacking type processing, bending (including R bending), bar tapping *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In 2009, we were selected as one of the "300 Energetic Manufacturing SMEs" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. This recognition was for our unique technology, the "Pressless Forming Method" (a die-less drawing sheet metal technology). It is a completely new concept that integrates the craftsmanship in sheet metal processing that we have cultivated over many years with our research on laminated die technology and the technique of performing embossing without using a die. Our company operates under the concept that "designers want things when they think of them." Typically, to confirm the shape of an object conceived by a designer, a temporary die can be created at half the cost of a production die. Recently, more affordable laminated dies have started to become popular, but they are used for relatively shallow embossing. The cost of these dies is about one-third of that of a production die, and the time required for die production is approximately 10 days to 2 weeks for both types. With our "Pressless Forming Method," the cost equivalent to a die is one-sixth of that of a production die and less than half of the cost of the cheapest laminated die. Although the method has constraints that prevent vertical drawing relative to the plane, it is characterized by a "speed" that allows product manufacturing in about 2 to 4 days. The cost is calculated as time multiplied by the labor rate. This technology enables quick and low-cost production for lots of 50 or fewer. Our clients have expressed their satisfaction, noting that they were able to conduct three times the experiments in the same period.
