**Training of Engineers and Interns** Skilled engineers play an extremely important role in producing high-precision parts for TSP. To steadily cultivate the next generation of skilled engineers, we developed a technical training program in 2009. High-level technical guidance is provided by one full-time French automation-related engineer, one part-time Japanese press mold engineer, and one Japanese plastic mold designer. **Support System** Our company has been expanding globally, and at the Shenzhen factory, there are 10 English interpreters and 4 Japanese interpreters on-site, while the Shanghai factory has 6 English interpreters and 2 Japanese interpreters.
