At Shin-Ei Chemical Co., Ltd., we have compounding equipment (testing machines, mass production machines) that can safely handle carbon nanotubes (CNTs). We have five raw material supply machines, allowing for simultaneous compounding not only with CNTs but also with other materials. The testing machine is equipped with a small twin-screw extruder, accommodating a variety of needs from initial testing to mass production. 【Features】 ■ The entire processing equipment is installed within a safety booth with negative pressure air conditioning control. ■ HEPA filters are attached to the air exhaust outlets to prevent the leakage of CNTs. ■ Operators wear protective clothing and dedicated masks. ■ We have established a nano-dispersion technology that eliminates the need for a pre-treatment process for CNTs. ■ Simultaneous compounding with other materials in addition to CNTs is possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
