■Grinding Method ●Remove the drum and grinding stone cover. ●Set the included grinding machine onto the machine. (The blade will be set between the two grinding stones.) *If there are cabbage scraps or similar debris in the mounting hole of the main unit, the grinding stones will not be set in the correct position. Please ensure there are no cabbage scraps beforehand. ●When you turn on the machine's switch, the circular blade will rotate. ●Operate the lever of the grinding machine to bring the grinding stone into contact with the circular blade. Primarily, grind the underside of the blade. It is sufficient to apply the grinding stone for about 2-3 seconds. For the upper side, just remove the "burr," so please apply the grinding stone for about 1 second. *Be careful not to over-grind the upper side, as it may become "double-edged" and lose its cutting ability. *After grinding is complete, be sure to clean the machine before using it. (Iron powder is produced.)
