Strong reduced hydrogen water is good for the gastrointestinal tract and is suitable for drinking, coffee, tea, and cooking. The medium type is recommended when you are getting used to drinking it or during rice cooking, while the weak type is recommended for consumption within two weeks of starting to drink reduced hydrogen water. Purified water is filtered water with few impurities, suitable for taking medicine or mixing with milk.
