Anodizing treatment (alumite) is a technology that forms a film by anodizing aluminum substrate under specific conditions, unlike plating. It has excellent adhesion and can add functions such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and decoration through dyeing. While managing dimensions and tolerances before and after treatment is considered difficult, our long-standing know-how in aluminum materials allows us to achieve high dimensional accuracy in processing. Additionally, due to the nature of the treatment, we do not use harmful substances regulated by the ELV Directive or RoHS Directive, so there are no environmental concerns. Furthermore, the finish of the appearance is influenced by the processing condition of the material surface and the polishing method.
