The sales plan is a forecast and requires inventory level information that includes safety stock considering variability. While we recommend using a demand forecasting system, it is also possible to utilize this system without one. Inventory management information allows for the setting of month-end inventory levels by product (how many months of sales plans to hold for the following month and beyond). Additionally, procurement lead time (L/T) can be set. The order quantity is automatically calculated based on the required order quantity, considering the procurement lead time and the specified minimum order unit quantity.
