【Hydrolysis Treatment】 ■ By treating raw materials in a subcritical state (2.0-2.3 MPa, 200-230°C), hydrolysis reactions occur, enabling the recycling of underutilized resources. 【Principle of Action】 ■ This is a reaction where molecular water enters the polymer and breaks it down into two molecules. Polymer (R) + H2O ↓ Low molecular weight (R2) + OH + Low molecular weight (R3) + H+ ■ As the decomposition reaction progresses, it ultimately breaks down to the constituent units.
