Decomposing waste made from petroleum-based materials and converting it into oil! Numerous reference materials on commercialization included.
This document proposes the commercialization of waste tire oilification using a waste plastic oilification reduction device. The waste plastic oilification device is capable of thermally decomposing and gasifying waste made from petroleum-based materials, and then cooling the gas to convert it back into oil. During the gas state, the catalyst acts to separate the gas into light oil and heavy oil, allowing for the production of regenerated oil. Tires are made using materials such as rubber and petroleum products. Therefore, when tires are thermally decomposed using the waste plastic oilification device, they become regenerated oil, metals (such as steel wire), and carbonized rubber. We offer proposals for the sale of these products as a business, along with detailed experimental results, which can be viewed alongside diagrams and images. [Contents] ■ Waste plastic oilification device and waste tire oilification ■ Waste tire oilification experiments ■ Waste tire processing flowchart ■ Waste tire processing process ■ Reference layout diagram of waste tire processing equipment ■ Regarding the commercialization of waste tire oilification *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been realizing the proper treatment and recycling of various types of waste. We are addressing both the marine plastic problem and the issues of urban waste and energy in remote islands, developing countries, and emerging nations, while practicing sustainable initiatives aligned with the SDGs. We are involved in the development and sale of technologies such as a hydrolysis device that produces alternative fuel from organic waste, an oil reduction device that generates recycled oil from marine plastics and waste tires, and a plasma pyrolysis device aimed at reducing organic waste by approximately 1/300, contributing to global environmental and energy issues through Shinko Tech. Since 2019, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have started expanding our business in hygiene, promoting social contributions through initiatives such as "mask manufacturing machine sales and consulting," "domestic mask production in Japan," "disinfection spray devices," and "simple antigen kits." We will continue to respond to our customers' various needs and work on measures and solutions for all types of waste and related issues.
