Implemented quality check systems in each process, including material management, cold forging process, and rolling process!

At Morishita Co., Ltd., we are implementing a quality check system in each process based on the principle that "the next process is the customer." The beginning of the manufacturing process is the stable management and supply of materials. We have established fixed locations for each type of steel and wire diameter, managing the materials to prevent issues such as rust. In the cold forging machine, we have introduced a system that measures the position of the ram (punch side) at the bottom dead center during forging in microns. If abnormal forging occurs beyond the specified values, the forging machine will stop, eliminating "non-conforming products" and preventing them from flowing out. Additionally, we have implemented a quality control system (QC PRO) for final inspections. If the measured values do not meet the standard values, the system automatically determines and displays "fail," ensuring that "measurement errors" and "product non-conformities" are accurately identified.
