High-precision low-reflection blackening treatment for aluminum alloys with excellent heat resistance and UV resistance.
Low-reflective black anodizing for optical components in high temperatures and special environments to prevent stray light. Capable of withstanding over 300℃! Recommended for sensors and light source devices!
General black anodizing is colored with organic dyes, which can decompose and fade at high temperatures. It also has durability against ultraviolet rays. Our company offers "TAF TR BK," which does not fade or crack even at 350°C, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested. 【Specification Information】 350°C for 10 hours – Clear 140°C for 2000 hours – Clear

basic information
TAF TR BK is a heat-resistant and UV-resistant black anodized treatment that does not crack or discolor even under high temperatures of 350°C or in environments exposed to ultraviolet light. By applying a pre-treatment, a low-reflective heat-resistant and UV-resistant matte black anodized finish (TAF TR SBK) can also be achieved. By switching from conventional surface treatments to TAF TR BK, performance improvements can be realized. Recently, more major companies have been actively investigating and reviewing surface treatment technologies, leading to increasingly diverse demands for surface treatments. TAF TR BK is expected to be developed for various applications as a cost-effective surface protection film that can be used at high temperatures, serving as an alternative to traditional anodizing treatments and expensive vapor deposition methods. *There is also a matte (low-reflective) version, TAF TR SBK.
