Furthermore, designing to fit within standard sizes can reduce the areas that require welding, leading to cost savings. ■ Choose the Appropriate Welding Method - Consider whether full perimeter welding is necessary or if it can be done with spot welding. - Choose between TIG welding or YAG welding based on strength, appearance, and tolerance for distortion. ■ Others - If buff polishing is required and no buildup can be left, use TIG welding.
