The AI appearance inspection execution system "R-Vision AI" is an image processing system that uses machine learning to analyze good product samples and extract differences as defective products. The R-Vision AI system was developed as a solution to this issue. It achieves an appearance inspection system that is closer to the human eye. AI can also solve challenges in tasks that have been difficult for image processing, such as sorting fruits and inspecting metal parts with hairline scratches. A significant feature is that it requires fewer images for machine learning compared to other AI systems. Typically, it can determine product quality with just about 30 images of good products for deep learning. Another feature is that the user interface is sophisticated and extremely user-friendly, allowing operators with basic skills to implement it effectively.
