It prevents dents and scratches on finished workpieces produced by CNC automatic lathes. We have lined up options to suit factory and machine environments. In the catalog, we not only introduce the Super Alio series but also present examples of the "Super Alio custom model" that accommodates special requests. 【Features】 ◎ Prevention of dings and scratches on products continuously discharged from NC lathes. ◎ Catches finished workpieces at the center of the receiving tray, rinsing while rotating with cleaning fluid for alignment. ◎ Equipped with a purification tank for cleaning effects such as removing chips and oil. ◎ Capable of separating cutting oil from workpieces and collecting it for recycling. ◎ Installation is very simple.
