Leave the metal flexible tubes to Hagi Tech.
Hagitech Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells flexible tubes (spiral pipes) and flexible shafts made of stainless steel, titanium, iron, aluminum, copper, and brass. In particular, we have been involved in the planning and development of protective tubes for optical fibers in collaboration with our customers for over 30 years, including the development and production of special connectors, tube cutting, assembly, and the threading of optical fibers, offering unit sales. In recent years, we have developed a protective tube for laser fibers that has a large allowable bending radius and flexibility, which has gained support from customers worldwide. Our stainless steel flexible tubes have high overseas demand, and since around 2005, we have been exporting primarily the applications of optical fiber protective tubes to the United States, Europe, China, and the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, to meet the demand in China and our customers' requests for cost reduction, we established a joint venture in Hangzhou, China, and began production in 2006.

Detailed information
-
Stainless Steel Flexible Tube This is a flexible tube made of stainless steel, characterized by its high flexibility, resistance to bending beyond a certain radius, and strong resistance to lateral pressure and tensile loads. Utilizing these features, it reliably protects optical fibers, sensor cables, and other components that are vulnerable to tensile loads, impacts, heat, welding sparks, repeated bending, and lateral pressure from light loss and disconnection.
-
Interlock tube This is a tube that can maintain its shape when bent, has no expansion or contraction, and features a cotton thread packing in the mating part for a simple waterproof structure. It can be used for fluids and powders, and due to its excellent vibration absorption, larger diameter types are suitable for underground protective pipes. Surface treatment is also possible (various plating, painting, coating, etc.). It is well-suited for protecting and decorating items such as fiber optic light guides and microphone stands.
-
Liner tube A stainless steel tape material is wound in a spring shape, with no interlocking, offering high flexibility and resistance to lateral pressure. It has a thin wall thickness, allowing for a large inner diameter and a small outer diameter, but there is no limit to bending. Typically, it is used with a stainless steel braid or PVC coating on the outside to prevent stretching.
-
Semi-interlock tube The tube has a strong interlocking fit, making it particularly resistant to lateral pressure and pulling. It has no stretch, a large bending radius, and is rigid, making it especially suitable for protecting quartz-based optical fibers.
-
Casing Double Spring Tube Insert stainless steel wire into the valley of the casing tube to increase the bending radius. It is also possible to create any desired bending radius by changing the wire diameter and material. An ultra-lightweight and strong titanium version can also be produced (however, the wire material will be stainless steel). It is highly flexible and resistant to repeated bending. Doubling the stainless steel wire enhances the stability and flexibility of the outer diameter dimensions.
-
Flexible shaft For torque transmission, a thin wire is wound tightly on the inside and a thick wire on the outside in opposite directions, using hard steel wire, piano wire, or SUS wire as shown in the diagram, providing flexibility and strength to transmit torque. Even if the shaft is cut, it will not unravel due to anti-rebound treatment.
-
Screw tube Due to its relatively smooth inner surface and straight shape, it excels in flexibility and bendability while also providing excellent fluid rectification and heat exchange capabilities. By using materials with high thermal conductivity, it is also possible to manufacture products with even higher heat exchange rates. Manufactured and sold with end processing (custom lengths, soldering of fittings).
