Attention to safety in production! Introducing examples of small-sized handwashing sinks.
Here is a case study of the production of a "handwashing sink." Since it is a sink specifically for handwashing, it is considerably smaller in size compared to a typical sink. As a result, there is a higher likelihood of twisting and distortion occurring during the manufacturing process. However, by reviewing the processing steps and carefully crafting it, we were able to produce it beautifully. Additionally, the water return is designed with a minimum dimension for integrated bending processing (edge chamfering) with the sink. The legs of the sink were designed with ease of installation as a priority. The raised part of the water return is an area that often comes into contact with hands during use, so we focused on deburring and paid attention to safety during production. 【Case Study】 ■ Product Category: Sinks, Basins, Hoods, Counters ■ Delivery Location: Ikebukuro Building ■ Size: D=180×W=300×H=450 ■ Material Thickness: 1.2 ■ Material: SUS304 ■ Finish: Polished *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
