"Celtes DCY" is a new coating that helps improve load-bearing capacity and impact resistance of DLC coatings. It has high adhesion strength due to low-temperature processing, and the adoption of a new plasma source allows for low-temperature processing below 180°C. The load-bearing capacity and impact resistance are enhanced with a Cr-based underlayer that has strong adhesion to steel and a tough buffer layer, preventing delamination even under high surface pressure and repeated impacts. Additionally, the "Celtes DLC Coating" offers a wide range of options, allowing for adjustments to coating properties and thickness based on application and usage conditions.
