Micro-honeycomb is a honeycomb structure that achieves a fine lattice of over 10,000 cells/in². The honeycomb structure is arranged without gaps in a shape resembling hexagonal prisms, and can be likened to mesh, grids, or the eyes of a dragonfly. Because it is hollow inside, it can create lightweight yet strong materials. In addition to being able to form integrated pieces over 200mm, it is also possible to impart functions through materials such as black materials and electrostatic discharge materials. By attaching micro-honeycomb to the suction head, it serves as a filter, allowing for the transportation of delicate parts and thin film materials that are prone to deformation while maintaining their shape. It is also possible to transport cut films measuring 1cm square.
