An analytical device that simultaneously measures up to 16 components of cell culture media! Analysis explanation materials available.
Presentation of Cell Culture Medium Analysis Explanation Materials: An analytical device capable of simultaneous measurement and analysis of up to 16 items in 4 minutes and 30 seconds! For creating appropriate culture environments and improving efficiency in compliance with GMP.
The "BioProfile FLEX2" is an automated analysis device for cell culture environments that can simultaneously analyze up to 16 components of cell culture media. In just 4.5 minutes, it quantifies culture conditions such as metabolism, proliferation, and differentiation, contributing to the efficiency of "continuity assessment of the cell manufacturing process," "creating a culture environment with an eye on mass production," and "quality control and documentation of standards in line with GMP compliance." It is equipped with sample containers of various shapes, requiring a small sample volume of 135 to 265 μL. For chemical substances and gas measurements, it uses sensor cards that do not require electrode maintenance. 【Features】 ■ Capable of simultaneous analysis of up to 16 items ■ Rapid measurement time: as short as 2 minutes and as long as 4 minutes and 30 seconds (depending on the measurement item) ■ Can measure the consumption and production rates of major metabolites 【Exhibition Information】 Name: BioJapan 2024 Venue: Pacifico Yokohama D-39 Date: October 9-11, 2024 Featured Products: Demonstration of "BioProfile FLEX2" and "BioProfile FAST CDV" media analysis! A 70% off campaign for "Stat Profile Prime" is currently underway! (Until the end of December) *Analysis explanation materials are currently available! Please check from "PDF Download."

basic information
What is the importance of a cell culture environment analysis device? By using a cell culture environment analysis device, it is possible to achieve "optimization of conditions through quantification and control of the culture environment" and "standardization of processes," which previously required adjustments by skilled technicians. As a result, it contributes to the efficiency of "continuation judgment of the cell manufacturing process," "creating a culture environment with an eye on mass production," and "quality control and documentation of standards in line with GMP compliance." Specifications: Analysis items: Glucose / Lactic acid / Glutamine / Glutamic acid / NH4+ / Na+ / K+ / Ca++ / pH / pO2 / pCO2 / Total cell density / Viable cell density / Viability / Cell diameter / Osmotic pressure Automatic calibration: 2 hours (fixed) / Required time 2 minutes Operating environment: Temperature 10–30°C, Humidity 20–85% *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in the "PDF download."
