It is an excellent coating thickness gauge that can also measure the difference in thickness before and after drying. Currently, in many painting processes, coating thickness is not measured before drying, and products coming out of the drying process are measured with contact-type thickness gauges, resulting in a significant number of non-compliant products and substantial losses.
