A new "water-based" UV scattering agent that has shielding effects up to near ultraviolet. From lotions and emulsions to industrial applications [*Catalog available*].
A water-based UV material that prevents photo-aging, this ultraviolet scattering agent has a shielding effect that extends to near-ultraviolet light. Its characteristic is the ability to shield a wide range of ultraviolet wavelengths, taking advantage of the properties of cerium oxide. While cerium oxide is known for its high UV protection effectiveness, it has been very difficult to disperse in water. Therefore, our company has achieved the water dispersion of ceria by applying a unique processing method to cerium oxide. We have successfully developed a new water-soluble cerium oxide "water-based ultraviolet scattering agent" through rare earth elements and our proprietary research. 【Applications】 ◆ UV spray ◆ Toner ◆ Emulsion ◆ Serum ◆ Cream ◆ Foundation ◆ Primer Please consult us for other industrial applications. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Water-based UV material "Aqua Celia" that prevents photoaging *Catalog available now
Company information
We are a manufacturer of Aqua Celia raw materials. In the future, by incorporating Aqua Celia into various products, we will contribute to society by protecting not only human hair and skin but also people and objects affected by ultraviolet and near-infrared rays. Aqua Celia is a brand name for a new generation of products that are environmentally friendly and protect us from electromagnetic waves, transitioning from organic to inorganic materials. By using our unique patented method to stabilize cerium oxide (CeO2), a type of rare earth element, we have successfully dispersed it in water. We have developed a water-based UV-cut raw material. Aqua Celia maintains the high UV shielding effect of cerium while being water-based, allowing it to cover a significantly wider range of UV wavelengths compared to conventional UV scattering agents (such as titanium dioxide). It can block not only UV-B but also UV-A, despite being water-based. Research has confirmed its shielding effects against ultraviolet rays, blue light, and near-infrared rays (excluding some products). We are currently working on applying it to industrial products and are conducting ongoing research and development to bring it to practical use.
