LECO's TF4 is a simple and energy-efficient crucible furnace. (60% reduction compared to conventional models) It is used to heat crucibles at high temperatures (800°C to 1350°C) to remove carbon and sulfur contamination from the crucibles and reduce blank values. ■ Features of the TF4 model The TF4 is a compact and lightweight crucible furnace that uses long-lasting disilicide of molybdenum as the heating element. The temperature range is from 800°C to 1350°C, and the furnace temperature is digitally displayed on the front operation panel. The TF4 can heat crucibles simultaneously with four combustion tubes, providing more than double the processing capacity compared to conventional types.
