The flexible shaft is constructed by winding special high-strength steel wire in alternating right and left twists, which has received high praise for its strength and durability. (Some customers refer to it as a flex shaft.) Additionally, our product is wound without rebound, so it hardly rebounds (spring back) no matter where it is cut. You can freely choose from various types of flexible shafts (standard type, high torque type, hardened type, left and right compatible, heavy-duty type, etc.) according to your needs. Upon request, we can also adjust the flexibility and manufacture shafts with a diameter of up to φ50mm. Furthermore, we can also produce shafts made from stainless steel wire for springs.
