Our company's polishing and grinding machine, the "Flexible Grinder," is available in two types: - Three-speed type - Direct motor connection type For the direct motor connection type, we can also manufacture models with an inverter. The motor's power is transmitted to the "spare," which has a flexible shaft with a protective tube and grinding stone core rod attached, causing it to rotate for polishing and grinding. The standard length of the spare is 10 meters, but we can also produce it in custom lengths as requested. (Some customers refer to the protective tube as "Flex Tube.") The Flexible Grinder has a lower vibration acceleration compared to other companies' disc grinders, contributing to the prevention of vibration-related disorders. The standard power supply is three-phase 200V, but we can manufacture other power supplies as well.
