Detecting plating defects with over 99% accuracy!
Our plating inspection system proposes a high-precision, high-speed defect detection system using AI (deep learning) technology. It is capable of inspecting all screws flowing on the conveyor belt (100% inspection). Cameras capture images every 1.4 seconds within a range of 200mm x 200mm, and the model automatically identifies each image in about 0.4 seconds (depending on PC specifications). 【Features】 ■ Detects a minimum of 24 types of defect patterns with over 99% accuracy. ■ Can detect screws of any length that fit within the shooting range (200mm x 200mm). ■ Proven results with the following types.
