Our main business is mold manufacturing, so we are not troubled by single parts. In recent years, we have been working not only on complete mold production but also on the manufacturing of mold components and single or small-lot machined parts, regardless of whether they are made of iron or non-ferrous materials, as well as prototype development. Our equipment is mainly focused on machining, and we excel in handling square materials. The work sizes we can accommodate, based on our track record, are: Maximum thickness = 300mm; 1050×800 (if thickness is 30, then 1200×800) Minimum thickness = 5mm; 15×30 (including wire cutting of gauge steel with thickness of 2mm, etc.) Since five years ago, we have been able to handle complex machining from multiple directions using a 5-axis machining center, and we can offer the best proposals using various processing methods, not only machining and turning but also wire cutting and electrical discharge machining, which are unique to mold manufacturers.
