[Contract Analysis of Materials / Durability Testing Analysis] MSE Contract Testing

"Verification of Differences in Automotive Coating Processes" We revealed the mechanical properties of coatings due to differences in processes and compared their performance. We will showcase a case where the WET-ON-WET process not only achieved high speed and low energy consumption but also improved coating quality, based on a continuous strength distribution from the surface to the depth of the coating. 2. "Surface Investigation of GFRP Molding Strength Metrics" We investigated the strength distribution from the surface to the depth of a board made of GFRP, which is a mixture of nylon resin and glass fiber filler, using injection molding. We will present a case that illustrates the strength of the skin layer composed solely of resin at the extreme surface and the characteristics of the fillers present inside. We will respond to inquiries with testing examples of various materials such as thin films, coatings, resins, coatings, rubber, surface treatments, metals, and ceramics. The innovation represented by the "MSE Map," which simply visualizes the dual nature of material properties such as hardness and brittleness, is a must-see.
