The honeycomb structure consists of continuously linked lattice-shaped cross-sections such as squares and hexagons, which offers the advantage of maximizing the contact area for fluids while minimizing pressure loss. This structure is used in automotive exhaust purification catalysts, among other applications. Our company manufactures and sells honeycomb extrusion molding dies utilizing fine hole and groove processing technology. We have recently developed a precision extrusion molding die capable of forming ultra-fine lattices exceeding the world's smallest class of 10,000 cells/in². 【Main Design Specifications】 ■ Functional Diameter (Extrusion Diameter): Up to φ40mm ■ Slit Width: Minimum 0.025mm and above ■ Lattice Hole Diameter: Minimum 0.07mm and above * It is possible to manufacture up to a maximum of 70,000 cells/in² in cell density. We have a track record of molding honeycomb structures using thermoplastic resin compounds with added ceramics or stainless steel powders.
