Achieving high-quality product manufacturing. We will create vacuum injection equipment tailored to your specifications!
The "vacuum injection device" enables the resin to permeate every corner of the product with high precision. It adopts a volumetric measurement method that is not affected by changes in liquid viscosity, allowing for high-precision measurement. During vacuum injection, the liquid must be completely degassed before being injected into the product. Unique measures have been implemented in various parts to maintain the sealing of the liquid path, starting with the degassing of the resin in the tank. We manufacture a variety of vacuum injection devices, ranging from simple manual single discharge machines to large automatic multi-discharge devices. Since we design and manufacture according to customer specifications, you can choose a vacuum injection device that is optimal for producing high-quality products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Names and Functions of Device Components (Excerpt)** ■ Tank Defoaming resin in the tank at a high vacuum level. Equipped with stirring and heating mechanisms to facilitate defoaming depending on the viscosity of the resin. Adopts a highly reliable sealed tank, emphasizing durability and safety. ■ Metering Pump A pump that accurately measures resin. Uses a volumetric metering method (positive displacement plunger pump) that allows precise measurement without being affected by the viscosity of the resin. ■ Mixer A mixer for combining two types of resin. Includes electric rotary mixers and motionless (static) mixers, selected based on the viscosity of the resin and discharge volume. A type designed to prevent outside air intake is also available for vacuum injection. ■ Vacuum Chamber Creates a vacuum in the chamber to prevent air from mixing with the resin during injection. Available in manual and automatic types with excellent sealing retention capabilities. ■ Shut-off Valve Inserts the product into the vacuum chamber, creates a vacuum, and discharges the resin from the tip valve. Designed to minimize the amount of liquid accumulation in the discharge outlet (nozzle) to prevent liquid dripping. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
