Non-loosening wave bolts. They deform the nut threads to increase resistance to slipping and prevent loosening!
The non-loosening wave screw bolt deforms the nut screw with its uneven surface, increasing resistance to slipping and preventing loosening. Additionally, the uneven surface has a spring effect that distributes the load across the entire nut screw, further preventing loosening. 【Features】 ◆ Non-loosening ◆ Load distribution due to the spring effect of the uneven surface ◆ Increased resistance to slipping to prevent loosening *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

This describes the independently developed right and left-hand screws that exist as standalone bolts, as well as the non-loosening bolts with a lead shaped in a wavy pattern. The right and left-hand screw bolts have passed the NAS (National Aerospace Standards) anti-loosening test. Since these bolts use standard threads, there is no need for stress analysis such as finite element method, and the strength of the bolts can be confirmed as usual.
