■R-620 (Aramid Fiber Packing) Can be used for various applications such as general-purpose valves, general-purpose pumps, agitators, and plunger pump shaft seals. Each fiber is directly impregnated with PTFE, which not only reduces the wear coefficient but also provides excellent sealing performance in fluids, unlike conventional aramid fibers that deteriorate. ■Teflon Packing Excellent chemical resistance, easy to handle, and non-contaminating. It combines high self-lubrication and chemical resistance, and PTFE containing uniformly distributed graphite microparticles can be used at high speeds without hardening or carbonization. ■Organic Fiber Packing A packing made by impregnating high-quality cotton yarn twisted into eight strands with a special lubricant. ■Carbon Fiber Packing A packing made by weaving carbon fibers into a square shape and impregnating it with PTFE dispersion. ■Expanded Graphite Packing A packing for high temperature and high pressure, made by weaving expanded graphite tape reinforced with heat-resistant metal wire into a square shape.
