The ACE SuperC18 column is a UHPLC/HPLC column that expands the usable pH range (pH 1.5 to 11.5) compared to conventional C18 columns, thanks to the unique EBT technology (Encapsulated Bonding Technology) developed by ACT (Advanced Chromatography Technologies). The unique EBT technology dramatically increases the ligand coverage on the silica surface, eliminating the influence of unbound silanols, thereby enhancing inertness and stability. It is also designed for use with LC-MS buffers, providing ultra-low bleed to improve compatibility with LC-MS.
