"Dialess Forming" is a new sheet metal forming technology that allows for the easy creation of required shapes using 3D data, without relying on press processing or skilled craftsmanship. Using a movable tool (spherical) mounted on the Z-axis, it performs reverse drawing based on contour data while pressing down on the workpiece (the material being processed) fixed to a jig on the X-Y table.
