(Low-pressure molding using N-SAPLI is also possible.) 【Process 5】 Perform dimensional measurements, non-destructive void observations, leak tests, etc., and provide feedback to the previous process. For parts and products without drawings, we can use laser scanners and X-ray CT devices to create 3D data of both external and internal shapes (reverse engineering), allowing for mold manufacturing and resin molding. 【Process 1】 Acquire shape data using laser scanners and X-ray CT devices. For areas with strict accuracy requirements, a three-dimensional measuring machine is used. 【Process 2】 Perform polygonization and modeling. 【Process 3】 Design and manufacture molds from CAD data. 【Process 4】 Conduct molding and evaluation, providing feedback to the CAD data and molds.
