"Magpon" is a quantitative magnesium molten metal pump that has successfully addressed the challenge of operating magnesium molten metal at a high temperature of 700°C while maintaining airtightness. It enables precise dispensing of small amounts of magnesium molten metal, around 100g, which was not achievable with conventional technology (the supply error during a single shot is only ±2g). Additionally, the discharge amount can be easily controlled with a timer, making flow adjustment straightforward. The demo unit can be used within a range of 100g to 1500g.
