A multi-story warehouse built in Heiwajima, the logistics hub of Tokyo Bay.

The multi-story "Heiwajima Business Office," built in Heiwajima, the logistics hub of Tokyo Bay, is equipped with various functions including freezing, refrigeration, and temperature control. In particular, the freezers and refrigerators on the third floor and above adopt a newly developed external thermal insulation method aimed at energy conservation while ensuring thorough quality control. Additionally, the first floor features a spacious loading area with a high floor, allowing for simultaneous loading and unloading of seven vehicles of various sizes, including large containers, in all weather conditions. Within this warehouse, the freezer (approximately 3,000 m²) can maintain storage management at -18°C. The refrigerated and temperature-controlled storage (approximately 1,700 m²) is divided into five sections, allowing for storage at +5°C, +15°C (with humidity adjustable below 60%), and +18°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
