For cationic electrodeposition coating, leave it to us.
Our company immerses the object to be painted in a water-soluble paint, using the object as the cathode (-) and the paint tank as the anode (+) (or by placing a separately prepared cathode plate into the paint). By passing direct current during this process, we attract the paint particles to the object through electrical force (electrophoresis), causing them to aggregate and precipitate, thereby forming an excellent paint film. With this cationic electrodeposition painting, the paint penetrates even the narrow gaps of the object, resulting in a uniform paint film covering the entire surface. After electrification, when the object is withdrawn from the paint, a paint film that is insoluble in water and has a low moisture content is obtained, allowing for economical and safe curing. 【Features】 ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Improved performance ■ Cost-effective *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
