Since there is no heat source in the detection unit, we will reduce the conditions for the combustion of flammable gas during measurement.
Here are some examples of the adoption of the "Ultrasonic Gas Concentration Meter." In a certain process, flammable gases such as hydrogen, methane, and propane are used at arbitrary concentrations. These gases are mixed with oxidizing gases like oxygen in a certain ratio, and when there is a heat source, they can cause combustion explosions. Our products do not have a heat source in the detection section, which allows for the measurement of gas concentration while reducing the conditions under which flammable gases can ignite (however, they are not explosion-proof). [Examples] ■ Application: Measurement of flammable gas concentration ■ Target models: US-IIT Series, US-IT Series *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Gas concentration meters may be products that most people are not familiar with, but they are actually utilized very close to us. For example, in the medical field, they are necessary for managing the oxygen concentration in ventilators. In bags of snacks and food, nitrogen is filled to prevent oxidation, and gas concentration management is essential for that sealing process as well. Additionally, their role is expanding in recent years for environmental conservation, such as analyzing vehicle exhaust gases and managing combustion in incineration plants. Daiichi Thermal Research aims to contribute to the Earth, people, and society by continuously developing high-quality gas concentration meters that play such important roles.
